LIFESTYLE: Relaxation....ahhhh yes!

Why is it that a creepy, you're about die, bathroom scene usually occurs while the person is in a claw tub? I really do not enjoy scary movies, but I do love an old fashioned tub. I would love to have one but every time I would be in, I would be constantly checking over my shoulder to make sure nothing was coming to get me! It is so annoying to have a good thing ruined by something dumb, like the fear of owning a claw foot tub just because of some silly, untrue plot of a scary movie!

Losing but Winning....

I've been putting this one off for a few weeks...I know this is going to be emotional and may be a little bit of a downer for Christmas....I even started to wait a few hours to write. But, then again...why?
This is me, this blog is for me....I just let you all be nosy. LOL/JK.....
While I'm sitting here watching my Celts game I dvr'd, all these thoughts just came rushing in and I just had to sit back in my recliner & put them down. Besides, I already know the outcome of the game. My guys will lose by 2. :(

The past 3 years of my life people have been taken away from me left & right. These past 3 years of my life I have been taking myself away from people just the same....While at the same time CLINGING for dear LIFE to people I feel I NEED to be with me.
I lost my aunt, my Mama & one of my best friends in that order all within these 3 years. I've taken myself away from people & situations that have made me unhappy/unproductive and I'm clinging to the beautiful friendships/relationships I have now.

HEALTH: For every virus, there is an antecdote...

Greetings Family

I gave you all some information not too long ago regarding the relation of HIV to AIDS and that there is no direct correlation between the two. You can live with HIV and not ever get AIDS and vice versa. These are just some things the average person in America does not know...something that they won't take the time to get to know. Most think it's too boring... or it doesn't apply to them. Well, it may apply to a family member or friend then it becomes interesting to you. I've come across another interesting piece of information on the wonderful tool we have called Google and I see that the lab coats are always doing something sneaky.

U.S. Patent #5676977 October 14,1997 is the patent number for the cure for AIDS. Who, did I just say cure for AIDS?!!! I have heard about this in conversation over the years but always looked at it as just speculation. Why, for every virus...there is an antecdote right? You seen it in the cartoons growing up...the wizard or magician having that magic bottle or magic pill that will cure the ailing person. Well it seems as though this is a definite reality. I've taken the time to read this patent in detail and I wanted to share an excerpt from that document with you. Look below.

The diamagnetic semiconducting molecular crystal tetrasilver tetroxide (Ag.sub.4 O.sub.4) is utilized for destroying the AIDS virus, destroying AIDS synergistic pathogens and immunity suppressing moieties (ISM) in humans. A single intravenous injection of the devices is all that is required for efficacy at levels of about 40 PPM of human blood. The device molecular crystal contains two mono and two trivalent silver ions capable of "firing" electrons capable of electrocuting the AIDS virus, pathogens and ISM. When administered into the bloodstream, the device electrons will be triggered by pathogens, a proliferating virus and ISM, and when fired will simultaneously trigger a redox chelation mechanism resulting in divalent silver moieties which chelate and bind active sites of the entities destroying them. The devices are completely non-toxic. However, they put stress on the liver causing hepatomegaly, but there is no loss of liver function.- http://patft.uspto.gov

As this information is public knowledge...why is it that the mainstream media has not spoken or written about this in the past 14 years that the cure has been in existence. Instead they wage the war on drugs and sex as the main proponent for this disease and stand to make millions of dollars off pills and treatments that the doctors will prescribe to keep you coming back for more. I often wonder...does the President really care about the people and why don't they take care of this epidemic that kills about 2 million people a year on average for the past 10 years.

Take a look and do some reading to get familiar with what is going on out there. If you would like to read the Patent in its entirety for yourself, just the link below.

I will leave you with this and hop you do the research yourself. Until NEX time Peace and Love.

The Prom

www.thefashionpolice.net
I was flipping through the channels the other day and came across "Boy Meets World". I was in a nostalgic mood and decided to watch. The episode was about their senior prom. Cory and Shawn looked nice in their tuxes. Then we see Topanga and Angela, in what I felt to be very casual, prom dresses. Their dresses were nice but looked more fitting for a wedding or a formal dinner. I did not go to my senior prom so I am not sure what exactly girls do wear to prom. I have always pictured big, fluffy, cupcake dresses. Or maybe a slinky, satiny, form-fitting dress. I Googled images of "prom dresses" and most of the dresses were the dresses I imagined. As I kept scrolling though, I started to notice more and more dresses you would see hookers in a crappy movie wear. I wonder if a girl actually showed up to her prom wearing a dress like this, if she'd be allowed in!

These types of prom dresses are a far cry from the simple, modest, formal prom dresses of "Boy Meets World".

Buying Or Renting?

http://kissimmeeshortsalerealtor.com/
With the declining rate of this build-to-collapse economy, house prices are falling. Yet so are bank's loan approval for the now, cheaper, houses. So what are you left to do? Best bet is not buy from big banks and stick to buying by owner. Or if you are looking for shorter terms, you can look at homes that are for rent by owner. Even if you pay your entire house off with cash through a bank, the bank may even try to screw you and see if your a sucker to their lies. I'm glad this guy wasn't, and he knew his rights and used them to the fullest extent. Go good guys.

Crazy News...Is it that serious?

What up peeps

I just had to say my piece regarding the ridiculous behavior that occurred the other day regarding Jordan basketball shoes and BLACK people. Yes I said BLACK people! I can't believe that every chance the media gets to show black people acting a fool they take it. You have hundreds of people on line to buy a pair of sneakers that was released, re-released, and released over and over again over the past 11 years. Since when did spending $180 on a pair of sneakers been the BEST move. With the invention of Ebay and Craigslist, i'm sure that you can always get these sneakers and possibly at half the price. How often are you going to wear them anyway? The way people were lined up and knocking down the doors and such, you would think everyone on line had reward cards allowing them to NOT have to pay cash for this hefty purchase. Are we not in a so-called recession, not to mention rent or mortgage payments are due next week...and oh...i'm sure that the sneakers aren't the only thing they bought being that X-Mas is tomorrow.
Jordan XI Concord- www.nicekicks.com

My thing is this...why not put your money back into the community you live in? You think Michael Jordan gives a rats ass about you spending the $180 or the people that make the shoe who get paid $10 a month? NO HE DOESN'T!!! He is laughing at your ass while sippin on the finest wine money can buy...while our people trample each other, kill each other all in the name of looking cool. When will this type of thinking end? When will people start saving their money? A friend of mine made a strong point...I don't see anyone lined up trampling each other to get their kid that new leapfrog learning toy, but one woman who was interviewed in Indianapolis said it was totally worth it to get trampled so she could get the shoes for her nephews...and she was serious. How does that make YOU feel???

XXX

www.oldbottleblack.com

I remember watching cartoons as a kid, Old Looney Tunes and such. Anytime they had a western theme episode, you'd always have a bar scene and they all drink out of bottles labeled "XXX". Or in scenes where the mad scientist is mixing chemicals, they would be labeled with Skull and Crossbones. As well as if some chemicals or poison in a bottle, they would be labeled with "XXX" as well.
"Beer was designated X, XX, or XXX according to its alcohol content"

When will we stop the hate? When will we come back to ONE? Listen to Tupac...

Peace

I was watching a video interview on one of the greatest minds to ever grace a hip hip microphone. That mind's name is Tupac Amaru Shakur. He was brought here at time when rap needed a real voice. Not one that constantly is talking about killing and robbing, disrespecting our women and selling drugs. Pac was on another level and for that I salute him. When I look at this interview, I see a young Malcolm X in him. He started out a product of his environment, but as life got REAL to him...when he started to understand that he has a moral responsibility to the people in his neighborhood, the people in the city at and the people in America, he started to change. He wanted to unite people and let them see that we are smarter that what they think...we are worth more than a "job" could ever pay and respecting yourself to the highest degree and learning Knowledge of Self should be what you strive for. We must know ourselves in order to change things. Red, green, blue, black, and white we must understand that there is one common goal...STOP THE GOVERNMENT FROM TAKING THIS COUNTRY APART...or....START YOUR OWN COUNTRY. In the essence, Pac gave his life for Change...for good...for what he believed. Would you? Check out the video below and share your comments. Peace and Love

LIFESTYLE: Against the law to FEED your fellow neighbor.

Greetings family

I came across a very interesting article yesterday that was brought to me by a friend of mine on Facebook. The article was talking about 3 people getting arrested and facing charges in Orlando, FL for "feeding the homeless". When I saw the headline, I was at a loss for words. So what they are saying is that in a time where people need each other the most, when unemployment is at its highest, foreclosure is rampant, the value of the dollar is falling while jails and homeless shelters have more residents than the amount of homes NOT being used around the country is staggering. If I see a person on the street asking for $0.50, should I ignore them. Panhandling or begging is illegal as well...over 2600 arrests were made in Atlanta last year for "begging"...or asking for help from folks they think will listen. The government isn't listening, so the few that have love in their heart and want to help and give back...are arrested? Way to set an example I guess.

LIFESTYLE: AIDS vs HIV...what is really going on?

Greetings Friends

Ever since I first heard about AIDS...I was left with the immediate notion that sex is dangerous. Why? Well they say that it is the number 1 killing sexually transmitted disease, which I understand because of how easily it can be passed. They also said it was linked to HIV...so the propaganda always said if you got HIV you were gonna get AIDS and eventually die. You see all the commercials and hear of the deaths...but never hear of a cure. It all mysteriously just came from nowhere and hit the population starting with blacks and homosexuals...what a group to start out with smh. Nonetheless this is who was targeted...less than 40 years ago this was not an issue but at least 50 years ago it was being thought of and concocted in government labs. Why? Germ warfare to depopulize? I am not sure of the reasons, but I can almost see where it is not unlikely that this is a man-made disease that actually has nothing to do with HIV...Magic Johnson has been living forever with HIV and so do many other people across the world, now AIDS is a whole other beast as it is not from HIV but yet from other things that people do to harm themselves. I attached a video here for your viewing and incite you to do your own research as these are just my thoughts.

God's Will

I'm not sure how many people actually view my blog regularly or how long they have been following me or how many "stalkers" I have just coming around to be nosy...Well, I know of two "stalkers"....but if there are any more, I'm not sure. LOL

Well, for all of you reading...old & new...Let me just say what I've said in the beginning as a disclaimer for what you're about to read (you can stop reading at any time)......
I write this blog for ME.....I just let everyone in because it's liberating to me and I really don't care what people think of me....as long as you THINK.....

I recently found this song again and haven't been able to get it out of my head. When I first heard it years ago I said, "That's pretty." And went on to listen to the other songs.....What I really like about this song is how there is a dramatically powerful crescendo at the end....it makes this already emotional song seem like it "physically" is pulling you to feel something/anything.

I like to go to sleep with music....always have since I was little and my Daddy used to put my clock radio on the Classical station when he put me to bed. Ironically, while I love the sound of a violin (especially in a Wu Tang Clan song, lol)...I can't stand Classical Music now. *kanye shrug*......Well, one night while sleeping with this cd (Testimony: vol. 1, Love & Relationship) playing, the words caught my ear & woke me up....

Safety First....right?

http://www.cdc.gov/Features/dsDrowningRisks/
For obvious reasons, pools should be closed by now. Unless you live in Hawaii or something... lol. Although here in Georgia the weather is always out of wack. Turns into a desert where its freezing at night and hot during the day. The second leading accidental death in children 1-14 is drowning. Now may be a good time to think safety, like you child proofed most of your house, you will need to do the same for your outside. Storing sharp and dangerous tools inside of sheds so they cant get into and hurt themselves or others. As well as investing in swimming pool fencing. Above ground, or in ground, there are nets to cover it too.

Really Broken............

Well, I got through another holiday....and I'm still here. #barely I find myself going through the motions sometimes. Just making sure I wake, shower, eat (sometimes), shower, sleep...or rather go to bed. Some days I still don't sleep.....but surprisingly enough, it's a "better" restlessness. I feel free again.....I feel peaceful....that's something I haven't felt in a long time......
I've had a few serious relationships in my lifetime....but when I sat doing the yoga meditation my therapist taught me...the revelation that I had was....I've never really had my heart broken....never.

Not until my Mama left me......

Thinking back I can think of how upset I may have been at the end of the relationships with my son's father, then with my daughters' father & then my husband. But, when I think of it know. I've come to realize that that hurt was more because I hated that our "family" was breaking up than that I hated the relationship was gone. I may have shed a few tears and maybe cursed someone out.....but never had that gut wrenching, can't get out of bed, eyes all puffy and red hurt until she left......Thankfully, I haven't had it since either. Mainly because I'm still not over the heartbreak of losing her.
I did just go through a sort of "dramatic" end to a relationship. But, it wasn't on my part. My I guess you call it "catch phrase" when chaos ensues is, "I'm cool." Because nine times out of ten, I am. I'm a firm believer in everything happens for a reason.....I also believe in following my intuition....to a point where one of my friends says it freaks him out. lol....For example, we were heading to the mechanic to get some work done on my car. We were using the GPS and I didn't turn when it told me to. It gave me the direction, "make the next safe u-turn"?!?! First off, I didn't know navigation systems would tell you to make ILLEGAL driving moves...then as we fussed about where I would make this turn, I said, "this doesn't FEEL right" and turned the GPS off and said I would stop at the next business & ask directions. The next business was the oil change shop that was owned by the body shop we were heading to & one of the guys was heading there to drop off a part & let us follow him. Nothing was said the whole way there except by me...it was a swift "I told you about my light (intuition)." #Iknowthatwaspetty lol
Following my intuition I really believe has allowed me to bounce back quickly from the failed relationships in my life. To move on without bitterness/hate/ire towards the other person....That intuition and the fact that I know and have seen that karma takes care of everything. Sometimes it goes slow as a glacier....sometimes it's swift like wildfire. But, for some reason and I probably know what that reason is, I haven't bounced back from the heartbreak of losing my Mama/best friend/support system as quickly as I would like. It has been 2 years and 3 holiday seasons.....I still can't get that pain out of my chest. Where it tightens up like someone is holding your heart in their hand and squeezing tighter and tighter.
I still burst out in tears for simple things. Like if "Gold Digger" by Kanye comes on (that was her JAM! lol) or when I'm watching something & I think of what she would say if we were watching together or her laugh or the way she would throw both her hands in the air & say "whatever" :)..I've gotten better with the tears. I know how to "kind of" stop them if someone walks by. I know how to creatively run my hand across my face to wipe them so people think I'm just rubbing my face. I know people always say, "If you need to cry, cry." That's not my problem....I don't mind that....It's the private person in me that wants me to be the only one who see those tears. Whether they be sad tears or happy tears....Sometimes they are happy tears. But either way, I sometimes want to be the only one who knows about them. The only one who sees them......well, me and the one my heart breaks for.....Mama
