[1/19 - Kodene]

Growing up in the early 90's Hip-Hop influenced me greatly. My favorite artists were many and I was instantly hooked. I loved rap since it was first introduced to me and i listened to artists from all different areas of the country as they all had something different to offer. Some of my favorite artists when I first got into rap as a young kid were 2Pac, Outkast, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, The Notorious B.I.G, and Ludacris. As I grew older this list grew and grew as well with such artists influencing me like Eminem and Tech N9Ne. As a teenager I was wild and outta control and my parents struggled with me severely. I got in all kinds of trouble that i don't really care to re-hash. I was a pain in the ass to say the least. lol. Sorry Mom and Dad.
I had my first son at the age of 21 and my second son 2 years later on the same exact day ironically. I always had a dream to pursue music and had dabbled in amateur song writing some in my spare time and spent a lot of time free-styling. I free-styled all the time with friends and even by myself frequently. I never really had any support from my family in my earlier years to pursue music seriously. My personal life was also always way too complicated and had too much drama going on to really focus on much in general. I constantly felt restless and unsatisfied. While going through a nasty divorce and having a really tough time away from my kids I decided that it was time to focus my efforts and restlessness on something positive; my dreams. I had always had a passion for writing and expressing myself, but writing music did not come naturally to me at first. I stayed focused and persistently worked to develop my song writing skills as well as my vocals, technique, and style. To this day I still always try to progress and develop in a forward direction.
My first cd that i gave out to friends only was a freestyle cd when i was 19 in 2004. If u ask me it sucked. Pretty bad. When I decided to give music a serious shot in 2009, I went at it hard and relentlessly. I wrote over 60 songs in a year and worked non-stop at my development. Some would say that I was obsessed. I would agree. I started doing shows in spring of 2010 and was fortunate enough to open for Gangsta Boo at the Masquerade in Atlanta on my first show. I have also opened for national acts like: The Yellow Boyz, Blaze, and Boondox. Since I first hit the stage I have never looked back. I stay steady doing shows and my performances have been well crafted in a short amount of time. I love the stage and I'm very comfortable there. My first professional album entitled: Lyrical Lean was released on Dec.6th, 2010 following my earlier 2 low budget albums never released to the public. The die hard KodeNe fans know what I'm talkin about!

[10/23 - Sike Dolo]

Sike Dolo was born in Atlanta and raised in Palm Beach County, Belle Glade, Florida. Inspired by a lot of local artists in Atlanta as well as mainstream artists in the transitional phase (2002-2003) of the rap/hip hop industry to pursue music as an independent artist. Music became his creative outlet and his path to entrepreneurship. Sike firmly believes in "selling out of da trunk" and putting in blood, sweat and tears into his hustle. Sike's name was given to him in 1993 by Tavius and Sirvay. Originally called Psycho but cut short to Sike in 1995 when he came back to Georgia (Central Drive, Stone Mountain). Dolo was added on to proclaim newfound independence. Sike Dolo's music can be described as streets meet rhythm and blues and contains overall substance about every aspect of life.

Also Sike is the founder of Sunday Beer DVDs (promotional documentaries). Sunday Beer started out as a song concept that evolved into the name for a rap group duo consisting of artists Sike Dolo and Sirvay. From there, Sunday Beer became visual and used as a tool to promote independent and mainstream artists in addition to small businesses, educate, inform and at the same time entertain.

[7/08 - Yung Money Mike]

I started rapping/singing in January 2009. I have always had a love for all music ever since I was little. I enjoy all forms and genres of music but Hip-Hop & R&B is my favorite. I strive to spread positive music across the map. I wish to reinforce a positive message to people and I want to follow my aspirations and reach for success.

Music is my life, my language, a reflection of myself. My music has meaning and truth and hopefully it will break the barriers of pain and depression and negative connotations that constantly block not just me and my passion but everyone around the world. I created the simple artist name Yung Money Mike because I believe that whether your name is famous or unlikable, it all matters on the talent and music coming from that artist so the name does not truly matter but the lyrical content does.

Introducing the making of a LEGEND in the DJ world... Hailing from NEW YORK via the proud island of Haiti... DJ KASH! "When I walk into the room, step on the stage, and perform, the people become a testament to my success" Kash is one of ATL’s hottest DJ’s who is quickly taking over the club scene.

This past weekend was an epic one for DJ Kash as he released his first mixtape with Wayne Wonder titled "I AM LEGEND". [6/4 - SPYDERDADON]
Born on April 30th 1983, in Trinidad and raised in the bowels of Brooklyn, Shomari Joseph Greene quickly became a street elite among rap mongers for his uncanny ability to articulate and convert the most complex messages into a simple, effortless but wicked delivery. While most mc's pursue a career in hip hop from a purely economical prospective, rags to riches is merely a side effect to Spyder's true motivation. He's in this game for one reason and one reason only—to slay Giants for a profit. And if the Giant is big enough and his reputation vast enough, Spyder will slay him for free.

His weapon of choice, a Microphone, of course. Signed to Grammy award winning engineer/producer (Neal Pogue) Spyder's talents have not gone unnoticed among rap's superstars. "Spyder is what you would get when an artist from New York is left in the South too long," says Kane from the Ying Yang Twins. Indeed, as an unsigned artist, Spyder's credits speak for themselves. They include KASHI KICKS SPONSORSHIP and OVER 300 RECORDS RECORDED, including countless mixtapes (MOST RECENT (NEW JERSEY DEVIL AND DJ HAZE) HOSTED BY LIL WAYNE). Spyder is also featured on the "The Come Up" and "Cocaine City" DVDs. You can also find Spyder and his music on various websites and reviews including XXL Magazine.
His performances and features have made him a household name in Europe and as far as Asia. Spyder has worked with such talents as YOUNG BUCK, F.L.Y.,BO HAGON , RON HOWARD,CALICO JONEZ,STACK BUNDLES, GRAVY, MURDA MOOK, DJ CLARK KENT, SIZZLA,THE YING YANG TWINS,TRILLVILLE, KANE BEATS, FATBOY, DYLAUN, BEN MADD (ARP), D4L, COCOA JONES, FIONA SIMONE,ELLIOT NESS,AGALLAH, GQ BEATS,YOUNG FRENCH, KOOL ACE, and MC SHA D. Given the chance, Spyder has the talent and the longevity to take the rap industry by storm. To sum-up his potential effect on the industry in a phrase he can be considered, "the industry's sleeping giant." To sum it up in a word, "Armageddon." Simply, Spyder is the next big thing in Rap.

[5/28 - D-Millz]

Dearick (D-Millz) Milton, Jr was born on January 26, 1989 in Macon, Ga. Although relocated to North Carolina for a few years, Millz remains a Georgia boy at heart. Although he is still relatively new to the music scene, (roughly 2 years) music has always been a very large part of his life. Marietta, Ga is the town he calls home and he's not afraid to say it. D-Millz is most noted for his creativity and ability to deliver his message through a number of genres.

When asked what kind of music he does, Millz often replies "I'm not sure, I don't think I really exist yet." Don't let his southern charm fool you though, D-Millz takes a lot of pride in his lyrical ability and is willing to go head to head with the best of them. Where Millz believes he holds an advantage is in his ability to sing. Outside of music, D-Millz is also a freelance tattoo artist, an aggressive inline skater, official BMI songwriter, and CEO of Millz-n-Up. At just 22yrs old, D-Millz still has a lot left in the tank and doesn't plan on stopping any time soon.

[5/14 Symatree]

SymaTree (David Grey) :

Born on 10-16-1987 in Fayetteville , North Carolina

Lives in Atlanta, Ga

~ I've always had A.D.D. and I have kept myself busy with hobbies like climbing trees, eating cereal, and writing songs. Ever since I learned to produce my music, my sound  took a left turn; as opposed to just doing what the norms required. I'm a huge fan of Hip-Hop. Yet at the same time: R&B, Rock, Electronic house, Techno... I love them all, so I make it my mission to either incorporate factors from each genre into every song, or just completely stick to one category at a time.
I think it would be cool if I had a different song to fit every radio station's playlist theme. I do everything from Hard Rock, R&B Soul, to Southern Rap. You may call it "being fake"... Or possibly even call me a "sell-out", but the truth of the matter is; it is only an expression of what lies beneath....This is where Ive found my balance. (SymaTree).
